Here is the Liong Mah Design Tempest V1.  This knife is a full titanium frame lock flipper.  The lock bar has a steel lock bar insert which provides solid lock up and also works as an over-travel stop.  The blade made from CPM-S35VN with stonewashed grinds and a satin flat giving the blade a two-tone look.  Manufactured by Reate Knives.  Comes in a padded zipper pouch.
