Here is the Pena Knives X Series Spear Point Slip Joint.  This knife is made from  jigged G-10 over a G-10 liner and features a nail nick opener.  This is a slip joint and has no physical lock.  The blade is made from hollow ground Bohler M390.  Strong detent holds the knife closed, open, or at a 90 degree angle.  This Spear Point Slip Joint is designed by Enrique Pena and is manufactured by Reate Knives.
