SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE at The Knife Joker on any domestic purchase of $99 or more.

If you have any special shipping needs or requirements, please contact us.

U.S.A. (Domestic) Shipments -

Please consider your local knife laws when ordering.
It is The Knife Joker's responsibility to get your order filled and package delivered to the shipping address on the order.
If something happens to your shipment after it has been successfully delivered, The Knife Joker will not be held responsible.
All orders are shipped with tracking.

International Shipments -

Please know and consider your country's knife laws, import laws, and possible tax duties when ordering.
It is The Knife Joker's responsibility to get your order shipped and processed safely through U.S. Customs.
Once your shipment reaches your country, your order is considered fulfilled.
If your package is lost, stolen, or confiscated after it reaches your country, The Knife Joker will not be held liable.
All orders are shipped with tracking.

RETURNS

If the buyer wants to return an item, The Knife Joker must be notified within 14 days of receiving the item.

The returned item must be received back within 30 days of purchase.

The buyer MAY have to pay the return shipping.

A used item may not be returned.

In certain cases a 10% restocking fee MAY be deducted from the original purchase price.
